1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

5 Bets & Markets

By confirming a bet on 299pg, the user accepts the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds can change at any moment before confirmation — especially on live bets, where probabilities are updated in real time as the event unfolds. The final recorded odds are those that were active at the exact moment the bet was confirmed by the system.

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled or modified by the user, except through the cash-out feature when available.
• 299pg reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a manifest odds error — a situation where the published odds were clearly incorrect relative to the market. In such cases, the full staked amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Bets on canceled, suspended, or unrealized events will have the staked amount returned to the user's balance.
• In multi-bet accumulators that include a cancelled event, the corresponding selection is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Cash-out lets you close a bet before the final result. The amount offered is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding. A cash-out operation is irreversible once confirmed.

10 Account Closure and Suspension
